can u write some words to tech me , how can put the template config to a new site?

i download some templates,so i create a new blank site.

i hope to put the template into the blank site folder to use, but i don't know how can i follow step?

What you need to do is unzip the downloaded templates into the /ColdBricks/sitetemplates directory, so that each template is in its own subdirectory.

Once you do that, logout of ColdBricks and click on the "Reset ColdBricks" link on the login page.

Then log back in, click on the "Create New Site" button, and now you will see icons representing the new site templates that you installed. Just click on the template you want, and provide a site name and the directory where you want the site created.
That's it, ColdBricks will create the site and take you to the main site administration page, where you can start entering content or customizing your site.

but why didn't u use database for this app?

Do you mean to store the resource library? You can use a db to store resources in tables rather than the file system, but its not the default. By default everything is stored on the file system because originally the resource library contained only physical files (i.e. images, HTML fragments, etc)
